Geo Miller and Company Private Limited has won a contract worth Rs 638.5 million for the implementation of a water supply scheme (WSS) in Chhindwara city under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT 2.0). Bids for the same were invited by the Chhindwara Municipal Corporation in October 2023.
The scope of the project includes survey, soil investigation, design and construction of raw water gravity main, clear water pumping main having a length of 15.46 km, water treatment plant (WTP), overhead reservoirs, distribution network of 241.65 km, supervisory control and data acquisition automation.
The work is likely to be completed in two year.
