The joint venture (JV) of Saravana Engineering and Infratech Private Limited and VVV Construction Private Limited has won a contract worth Rs 2,540 million for development of an underground sewerage scheme (UGSS) in uncovered areas of Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu under Package-I. Bids for the same were invited by the Kancheepuram Municipal Corporation in October 2023.
The scope of work includes the construction of UGSS in uncovered areas of Kancheepuram city in Tamil Nadu including operation and maintenance for five years.
The work is likely to be completed in three years.
