The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Gentari Renewables India’s proposal to acquire 21 special purpose vehicles (SPVs) involved in renewable power generation.
Some of these SPVs are also holding companies for other renewable energy projects. Gentari Renewables India is an indirect subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas), focusing on clean energy solutions in renewable energy, hydrogen, and green mobility.
