Reliance Power’s subsidiary, Rosa Power Supply Company Limited, has entered into a definitive agreement with Power Finance Corporation (PFC) for a rupee term loan of Rs 37.60 billion. The loan may be availed in one or multiple tranches. The loan proceeds will be utilised for future investment in renewable energy projects, capital expenditure on flue gas desulphurisation, and general corporate purposes.
