NDR InvIT raises Rs 7.45 billion from NaBFID through long-term bond issuance

NDR InvIT has raised Rs 7.45 billion from the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) by issuing 15-year long-term bonds. The proceeds from the funds raised will be used to develop industrial parks and warehousing facilities across India’s key economic corridors. NDR InvIT is managed by NDR InvIT managers and sponsored by NDR Warehousing.
