NP Patel and Company wins contract for development of Pathardi UGDS Phase I and II in Maharashtra

NP Patel and Company has won a contract worth Rs 1,930.19 million for development of the Pathardi underground drainage scheme (UGDS) Phase I and II in Maharashtra under the Maharashtra Suvarn Jayanti Nagarotthan Maha-Abhiyan. Bids for the same were invited by the Pathardi Municipal Council in September 2024.

The scope of work includes working survey (130km), collection system (length – 93.3 km), manhole pumping station outfall 2, over head room (4.5 x 4.5), rising main 1 (400 mm – 240m) at sewage treatment plant (STP) , rising main 2 (150 mm – 2305m), sewage pumping station at STP premises, mechanical works of pumping station, express feeder, sequential batch reactor (SBR)-based STP of capacity 7 million litres per day, security room (3m x 3m), approach road for STP, retaining wall for STP (length – 300m), etc.

The work is likely to be completed in 30 months.
