East Central Railway (ECR) has achieved a physical progress of about 89.5 per cent on the Muzaffarpur-Sagauli railway line doubling project. Besides, the project is facing delays in implementation due to land acquisition issues.
The project involves doubling of the 100.6 km long Muzaffarpur-Sagauli railway line in Bihar at an estimated cost of Rs 15.86 billion.
