The Public Works Department (PWD) of Nagpur is incorporating Malaysian technology using ultra high-performance fibre reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) in the construction of the 2.85 km long RTO flyover. This innovative approach is being used for the first time in the city.
The flyover, stretching from University Campus Square to just before Bhole Petrol Pump Square on Amravati Road, is being built at a cost of Rs 2.45 billion. This development aims to enhance traffic management and provide smoother connectivity along the busy corridor.
