The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has completed 356 km of pier foundation work on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad high-speed rail (HSR) corridor project. Besides, 345 km of pier construction, 273 km of girder casting, and 233 km of viaduct construction has also been completed.
The project involves development of the 508.17 km long Mumbai-Ahmedabad HSR corridor in Maharashtra and Gujarat with an investment of Rs 1,080 billion.
