Bank of India (BoI) has raised Rs 50 billion through infrastructure bonds. The bonds come with a 10-year maturity, attracting a coupon rate of 7.41 per cent. The issue comprised a base size of Rs 20 billion and a green shoe option of Rs 30 billion. The issuance saw an oversubscription of roughly 2.7 times, amounting to Rs 137 billion.

Alt Mobility raises Rs 8.4 billion in Series A
Alt Mobility, an electric vehicle (EV) leasing and management company, has raised Rs 8.4 billion in a Series A round. The investors who participated in the round include Eurazeo, EV2 Ventures, and Twaynam, among others. The company currently owns a fleet of 10,000 EVs and plans to expand its fleet to 30,000 EVs by March 2026.
