Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Railway Information System (CRIS) for upgradation of the railways infrastructure sector.
Under this MoU, the researchers of the IIT Delhi will participate in the research and development (R&D) projects for enhancing the security, safety, scheduling, intermodal connectivity and revenue optimisation for the railways.
