Nexus Select Trust acquires Vega City Mall for Rs 8.77 billion

Nexus Select Trust has signed an agreement to acquire Vega City Mall from Blue Horizon Hotels for Rs 8.77 billion. The acquisition will be made through Vijaya Productions Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) of the trust. The move will consolidate Nexus’s trust position in the city.
