Lieutenant Governor approves land acquisition for Aerocity-Tughlakabad corridor under Delhi metro project phase-IV

Lieutenant Governor (LG) has approved the acquisition of 1,688 square metre of private land for the Aerocity-Tughlakabad corridor under the Delhi metro project phase-IV.

Besides, LG has also approved the transfer of 1,600 square metre of land from the education department to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation for the construction of Nabi Karim station which will provide an interchange between the Inderlok-Indraprastha Corridor and RK Ashram-Majlis Park corridor.

Delhi metro project phase IV involves development of a 103.93 km long metro rail network comprising six corridors with an investment of Rs 468 billion.
