Exicom, an electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions company, has acquired Tritium for Rs 2.1 billion, which is a US based DC fast charging company. The company will set up a manufacturing facility in Hyderabad where it plans to use Tritium’s DC fast charging technology. The acquisition also aims to expand operational capabilities across international markets.
