East Coast Railway has commenced the deployment of KAVACH on the Chennai-Howrah mainline between Ranital in the Bhadrak district of Odisha and Duvvada near Visakhapatnam of Andhra Pradesh.
Besides, Central Railway has invited tenders worth Rs 1.4 billion for the installation of KAVACH 4.0 on the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus to Kasara/Karjat/Panvel routes.
