Bharat Highways acquires GAKHPL for Rs 986 million

Bharat Highways InVIT has acquired GR Infraprojects’ wholly owned subsidiary, GR Aligarh Kanpur Highway Private Limited (GAKHPL), for a consideration of Rs 986 million. During 2023-24, the subsidiary contributed Rs 1.8 billion to G R Infraprojects’ books, accounting for 1.99 per cent of its consolidated income.
