Adani Enterprises raises Rs 42 billion through QIP

Adani Enterprises has raised Rs 42 billion through a QIP. Investors include GQG Partners, Quant Mutual Fund, SBI General Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance and other ultra-high net worth individuals. The company has raised a lower amount than the initially targeted amount. The QIP had an additional greenshoe option of the same amount, which the company did not exercise. Additionally, the Adani Group is in advanced stages of discussions with a Middle Eastern sovereign fund to raise up to $1 billion for its airport segment.
