Actis Holdings acquires Vindhyachal Expressway for Rs 7.75 billion

Actis Atlantic Holdings has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 100 per cent stake in Vindhyachal Expressway from Kalpataru Projects International for Rs 7.75 billion. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 15 months of the date of the agreement. The revenue from the highway in 2023-24 was around Rs 850 million. The highway has a length of 89 km and connects Rewa in Madhya Pradesh to the state’s border with Uttar Pradesh.
