The construction work for the Indore-Jabalpur new railway line project is expected to commence soon. Bids for the same are expected to be invited soon.
The new rail line from Jabalpur will pass through Gadarwara and Vadni, terminating at Indore. It will span a length of 342 km and will reduce the distance between the two cities by around 150 km. It is expected to entail an investment of Rs 90 billion.
