The Solapur Airport in Maharashtra was inaugurated on September 29, 2024.
The revamp of the existing terminal building at the airport has increased the passenger handling capacity to 0.41 million passengers per annum (mppa). The move is aimed to enhance connectivity and make Solapur more accessible to tourists, business travellers, and investors.
