ImpactR gets SEBI registration under SM REIT

ImpactR SM REIT (Small and medium real estate investment trust) has received registration from SEBI under new SM REIT regulations. ImpactR will be the second SM REIT in the country. Rudrabhishek Enterprises Private Limited (REPL), an urban development and infrastructure consultancy firm, sought registration for the SM REIT and will act as the investment manager for ImpactR. The move will allow REPL to leverage its industry experience and partnerships to drive the growth of the SM REIT.
