HUDCO may extend loan assistance of Rs 750 billion to Rs one trillion under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna-Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0). HUDCO has been designated as one of the central nodal agencies for channelising interest subsidy, one of the technical institutions to carry out Desk-cum-Site Scrutiny of the projects. HUDCO disbursed Rs 420 billion under the earlier phase of PMAY.
