Om Logistics has acquired the Inland Container Depot (ICD) located in Bawal, Haryana, for Rs 1.1 billion. This acquisition will allow Om Logistics to enhance its operations across India, reduce average transit times, and optimise supply chain management.
The multi-modal hub spans 20 acres and is strategically situated on the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) within the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) industrial estate.
It features automated rail lines, a 30,000 sq ft customs-bonded warehouse, and a capacity to handle 5,000 containers of Export-Import (EXIM) cargo monthly.
