The government of Maharashtra inaugurated the double decker flyover under the Mumbai metro phase III line 9 project [Dahisar-Mira Road-Bhayander and Andheri (East)- Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA)] on August 28, 2024.
The line 9 of Mumbai metro project involves development of 13.58 km metro corridor connecting Dahisar to Mira Road and Bhayander and Andheri (East)- CSMIA in the state at an estimated cost of Rs 66.07 billion.
