The factory acceptance test (FAT) for the tunnel boring machine (TBM) S-1392, with a diameter of 13.56 m, under package C-2 for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad high-speed rail (HSR) corridor project has been completed.
The project involves development of the 508.17 km long Mumbai-Ahmedabad HSR corridor in Maharashtra and Gujarat with an investment of Rs 1,080 billion.
