Gujarat government allocates Rs 3.16 billion for Vadodara Ring Road project 

The government of Gujarat has allocated Rs 3.16 billion for the construction of a ring road in Vadodara under the Swarnim Jayanti Chief Minister Urban Development Scheme. The ring road will span around 66 km.

The first phase, covering 27.58 km, will be constructed with a width of 45 meters. This phase includes 10.74 km on the eastern side, connecting Vadodara to Ajwa, Vaghodiya, and Dabhoi, and 16.84 km on the western side, linking the city to three state highways which include Vadodara-Padra, Vadodara-Sevasi-Sindhrot, and Vadodara-Undera-Koyli.
