DMRC to prepare DPR for Indore-Ujjain, Pithampur metro corridors 

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has been assigned the task of preparing the detailed project report (DPR) for two new metro rail corridors in Madhya Pradesh. With a total estimated distance of 84 km, these corridors will connect Indore to Ujjain and Pithampur.

The first phase of the project will focus on connecting key locations, specifically from Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain and Nanakheda bus stand to Lavkush Chauraha in Indore.

Additionally, the Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited has received certification from the Indian Green Building Council for incorporating sustainable green practices into the development and construction of the metro infrastructure.
