The Chairman of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), along with the Commissioner of Customs and the Joint Commissioner of Customs, have recently inaugurated the ‘Bharat Mumbai Container Terminal (BMCT) out gate’ at the Jawaharlal Port centralised parking plaza (CPP). This gate facilitates direct trailer entry into the BMCT terminal, thus, enhancing operational efficiency.
Besides, the ‘Vision X’ project was also launched at the CPP which aims to create an efficient and smart transportation ecosystem through advanced geo-fencing, real-time tracking and automated traffic management solutions.
