Trial runs on a 3.3 km long road-cum-metro rail flyover connecting Ragigudda and Central Silk Board of Marenahalli Road under the Bengaluru metro rail project – phase II commenced on July 17, 2024. The same was built at a cost of Rs 4.49 billion.
The project involves the construction of four extensions and two new lines covering a length of 72.09 km (13.79 km underground and 58.3 km elevated), in Karnataka at an investment of Rs 306.95 billion.
