Various works completed for redevelopment of Madurai Junction railway station project in Tamil Nadu

Southern Railway has completed various works for the redevelopment of the Madurai Junction railway station. This includes substructure and civil works for the substation building, the ground and first floor slabs of East Terminal Segment 1 and the ground floor structure of the east side multilevel two-wheeler parking structure (G+3). In addition, work is under way on the pile cap, foundation excavation as part of the air concourse construction, plinth beam and above-ground level columns, lift wall shuttering, etc.
