Ashoka Buildcon receives LoA for implementation of two bridges under Revas-Redi Coastal Highway

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has received a letter of award for the implementation of two creek bridges under the Revas-Redi Coastal Highway Project. Bids for the same were invited by Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited in March 2024. Ashoka Buildcon has quoted Rs 7,948.5 million for the construction of the major bridge across Jaigad Creek between Tawsal and Jaigad on Revas Redi Coastal Highway SH (special) No. 5 in Ratnagiri district. The total length of the bridge is 4.39 km (including approaches). Ashoka Buildcon has quoted Rs 13.57 billion for the construction of a major bridge across the Kundalika Creek between Revdanda and Salav on Revas Reddi Coastal Highway SH (special) No. 5 in Ratnagiri district. The total length of the bridge is 3.829 km (including approaches). The completion and maintenance period for the bridges is 36 months and five years respectively, and they are being implemented in Maharashtra under the EPC mode.
