Air India has selected IBS Software’s iCargo solution to digitally transform its air cargo operations.
Air India would be able to digitise end-to-end cargo management using the integrated iCargo solution, hence facilitating various cargo operations from sales to billing to be integrated on a single platform. It would also aid in streamlining processes and enhancing decision-making capabilities. The first end-to-end implementation of iCargo is expected to be delivered within nine months from the start of the project.
The move is also in line with the airline’s ongoing digital transformation.
