A notable feature of this system is the Quick Purchase option, specifically designed for frequent riders. This feature simplifies the booking process by storing frequently used routes, thereby reducing the time required to select destinations and starting points.
Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune Metro are already using WhatsApp for booking tickets.
