Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE) is expected to complete the electrification of about 100-km long Dungarpur-Himmatnagar section of the Udaipur City-Himmatnagar railway electrification project by June 15, 2024.
The project involves electrification of the existing 209.66 km rail line between Udaipur city and Himmatnagar in Rajasthan at an investment of Rs 1.73 billion.
