Viaduct work on the 18 km section between Shatabdi Nagar and Brahmpuri has been completed under the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Project. About 23 km of the RRTS infrastructure will be utilised for Meerut’s local Metro system.
The project involves development of 82.15 km RRTS connecting the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut corridor in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh entailing an investment of Rs 302.74 billion.
