VMC to use amphibious excavator to clean stormwater drains in Vadodara

The Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) plans to use an amphibious excavator to clean stormwater drains in the Vadodara ahead of the monsoon season. This machine is planned to be used since some large stormwater drains are difficult to be cleaned manually. It would be used nearly fortnightly for cleaning various drains as a part of VMC’s preparedness drive for monsoon.
