PHED proposes sewerage project for newly added colonies in Fatehabad, Haryana

The Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana has proposed a sewerage project for newly added colonies in Fatehabad, Haryana. The proposal is likely to be approved in June 2024. Tendering process will commence after the approval.

The scope of work includes laying of sewage pipeline at Hans Colony, Swami Nagar, Azad Nagar, Harnam Singh Colony, Adarsh ​​Nagar, Friends Colony, Kalidas Colony and other newly added colonies. Wastewater collected through this sewage pipeline network will be drained into disposal tanks, proposed at Harnam Singh Colony, Swami Nagar and other places. After this, it will be fed through motors to the sewage treatment plant (STP) located at Khairati Kheda. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 730 million.
