On May 13, 2024, Nalanda Capital divested a 1.4 per cent stake in Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited for Rs 1.9 billion through an open market transaction.
Reportedly, the firm through its arm Nalanda India Equity Fund Limited offloaded 2 million shares, amounting to a 1.4 per cent stake, and these shares are disposed of at an average price of Rs 950.25.
