Construction works on Faridabad-Jewar Expressway to be completed by June 2025

The Faridabad-Jewar Expressway, linking Faridabad in Haryana to the Jewar International Airport in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is slated for completion by June 2025. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) initiated the project in June 2023, aligning the timeline with the anticipated opening of the Jewar Airport in December 2025. This six-lane expressway aims to bolster transportation networks between the two states, fostering economic growth along the Faridabad-Jewar corridor.

The expressway will traverse through villages such as Vallabhnagar, Ampur, and Jhuppa in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, and connect to villages like Bahpur, Kalan, and Mohana in Haryana. The project is expected to stimulate demand for real estate in nearby areas, leading to increased property values and economic activities upon completion. Moreover, it will significantly reduce the distance between Faridabad and Jewar from 90 km to just 31 km.
