Central Railway (CR) is setting up a maintenance unit for Vande Bharat sleeper trains at Wadi Budner, Maharashtra with an investment of Rs 2.53 billion. It is planned to be completed by 2026. Further, it will have several amenities which includes automated inspection system, two pit lines, updated infrastructure among others.
