Sam India receives LoA for Package CA-209 of Mumbai Metro Line 6

Sam India Builtwell Private Limited has received the letter of award (LoA) worth Rs 5.47 billion for Package CA-209 of Mumbai Metro Phase III Line 6 Project [Swami Samarth Nagar-Vikhroli (EEH)]. Bids for the same were invited by Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) in October 2023.Package CA-209 involves construction of depot infrastructures comprising stabling yard, depot control centre and administrative building, maintenance and workshop buildings, auxiliary substation, finishing, plumbing, earthworks for land development, compound wall, road, approach bridge and underground utility duct, drainage system, effluent treatment plants (ETP)/ sewage treatment plants (STP), Rainwater Harvesting, essential staff quarter etc. complete [Including architectural finishing works] for Car Depot at Kanjurmarg. The work is likely to be completed in 30 months.
