The joint venture (JV) of Kalyan Toll Infrastructure Limited (KTIL)-Shivalik Infra emerged as lowest bidder (L1) for implementation of Gumkhal-Satpuli Two Laning Road Project (NH-534). The company has quoted an amount of Rs 1,990 million. Besides, Woodhill Infrastructure Limited and JV of S&P Infrastructure Developers Private Limited-Yashmita have emerged as L2 and L3 bidders by quoting an amount of Rs 2,010 million and 2,070 million respectively.
Bids for the same were invited by the Public Works Department, Uttarakhand (PWD) in June 2022. The completion and maintenance period for the work is 24 months and five years, respectively.
The project involves two laning of 21 km long road stretch with paved shoulders connecting Gumkhal to Satpuli from 175 km to 196 km on the NH-534 (old NH-119) in Uttarakhand under NH(O) scheme.
