IRB Infrastructure Trust has successfully concluded an upfront payment of Rs 61.11 billion to the NHAI for toll operate transfer (TOT) projects. This payment includes concession fees of Rs 44.28 billion for TOT- 12 and Rs 16.83 billion for TOT- 13. With this, the special purpose vehicles (SPVs) of IRB Infrastructure have received the appointed dates from NHAI for both projects.
Funding for two TOT projects worth Rs 70 billion was secured before the deadline, marking a notable achievement. The estimated project cost for the Lakhnadon Tollway NH-44 TOT- 12 project is Rs 51.82 billion, and for the Jhansi Gwalior NH-44 TOT- 12 project is Rs 19.01 billion.
