Balaji Builders and Developers has won a contract worth Rs 685.53 million for the development of the Pandharkawada water supply scheme (WSS) in Yavatmal district of Maharashtra under the Maharashtra Suvarna Jayanti Nagrothan Mahaabhiyan. Bids for the same were invited by the Pandharkawada Municipal Corporation in December 2023. The scope of work includes development of intake well, jack well, raw water rising main, raw water gravity main, WTP with a capacity of 3.5 mld, distribution system of 10 km and other related works. The work is likely to be completed in one year and six months.
