The 3,900 m runway under Phase I of the Noida (Jewar) International Greenfield Airport Project has been completed. Work on the installation of radars and other technical apparatus is underway. Besides, 80 per cent of progress has been achieved under Phase I. The project involves the development of a greenfield airport in Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh. It is being implemented in four phases: Phase I (12 mppa), Phase II (18 mppa), Phase III (20 mppa) and Phase IV (20 mppa).
