Jaideep Infrastructure Private Limited wins contract for augmentation of Barshi WSS

Jaideep Infrastructure Private Limited won a contract worth Rs 2.47 billion for augmentation of the Barshi WSS from Ujjani Dam phase II at Solapur district in Maharashtra. Bids for the same were invited by the Barshi Municipal Corporation in February 2024. The scope of the project includes construction of intake well, jackwell, rising main, and water treatment plant (WTP) of 9.25 million litres per day (mld) capacity along with supervisory control and data acquisition automation and all other related infrastructure. The work is likely to be completed in 18 months.
