Sembcorp Industries has completed the acquisition of 100 per cent of the share capital in two SPVs owned by Leap Green Energy Private Limited. This acquisition, carried out by Sembcorp’s wholly owned-subsidiary Green Infra Wind Energy Limited, comprises 228 MW of operational wind assets located in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
