As per the 12th Annual Integrated Rating and Ranking of Power Distribution Utilities report, of the 55 discoms, 14 discoms received the highest A+ rating, four received an A, seven received a B, 13 received a B-, 11 received a C and six received a C-. The top position was held by Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited of Maharashtra, followed by Torrent Power Surat of Gujarat and Torrent Power Ahmedabad of Gujarat.
