Welspun One marks first exit from maiden fund

Welspun One has made its first exit from its maiden fund with a corpus of Rs 5 billion, by selling one of its earliest assets located in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR). It has exited the project located in Farrukhnagar, harvesting about Rs 900 million (about $11 million). The buyer is an institutional player in Asia.
