The parallel taxiway under the Patna Airport upgradation project is likely to be completed by April 2024 and to be operational by May 2024. About 85 per cent of the work (1,400 m out of 1,730 m track) has been completed. The project being implemented by Airports Authority of India (AAI), involves the upgradation of Patna Airport in Bihar at an estimated cost of Rs 12.17 billion.
